Tell us the app version and build number, iOS version, device model, approximate time of the problem and the steps that led to it. Never send your password, one-time authentication code, Apple authorization code or full push token.

Account deletion

The fastest route is Account → Delete account inside the iOS app. If you cannot sign in, email us from the address associated with your account. See the full instructions.
