Account deletion
Permanent account deletion can be initiated directly in the MaxData iOS app.
Delete in the app
- Sign in to MaxData.
- Open the Account tab.
- Choose Delete account.
- Enter DELETE and confirm.
- If your account is linked to Apple, complete the fresh Sign in with Apple prompt so that MaxData can revoke the Apple authorization before deletion.
The app displays a request identifier and status. Retrying the same request is safe and does not create duplicate deletions.
What happens
MaxData blocks sign-in and old sessions, removes registered devices and push tokens, deletes alert subscriptions and related product data, revokes linked social identities, and deletes or irreversibly anonymises the account profile. Records that must be retained for accounting, fraud prevention, legal claims or another statutory duty are isolated and kept only for the required period.
If you cannot access the app
Email [email protected] from the address associated with your account. We will verify the request before acting. Do not send a password, one-time code or Apple credential by email.
