MaxData mobile

Terms of Use

Effective 20 August 2026

These terms govern the MaxData iOS application supplied by MAXDATA APP LTD.

1. Company and acceptance

MAXDATA APP LTD (company number 12078187)
280 King Street, London, England, W6 0SP
[email protected]

By downloading, signing in to or using the app, you agree to these terms. Apple's standard end-user licence terms also apply where required by the App Store.

2. The service

MaxData is an information, analytics and alerting tool. It does not execute transactions, hold or manage funds, operate a trading account, or provide investment, tax or legal advice.

Market information can be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. Alerts are not guaranteed to arrive or be suitable for any decision. You are responsible for independent assessment and for any action you take.

3. Free companion app

The iOS app is free, contains no in-app purchases and does not direct you to purchase digital services. It accompanies an existing MaxData account. Some capabilities, including MaxChart beta, may depend on server-side account eligibility and may not be available to every account.

4. Account responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. You may not misuse the service, evade access controls, reverse engineer protected components except where law permits, interfere with infrastructure, scrape at harmful scale, upload unlawful material or infringe third-party rights.

5. Content and intellectual property

The app and its software, design, databases and MaxData-curated content are owned by or licensed to MAXDATA APP LTD. We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to these terms and App Store rules. Source links may lead to third-party material governed by that provider's terms.

6. Availability and changes

We may maintain, update, suspend or discontinue features to preserve security, compliance or service quality. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. We will not materially reduce rights already owed under mandatory consumer law.

7. Suspension and deletion

We may suspend access for security threats, unlawful conduct or material breach. You can initiate permanent account deletion from the app; see the account deletion instructions. Deletion does not remove records that law requires us to retain.

8. Liability and governing law

Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MaxData is supplied without a guarantee that market data, analytics or alerts are error-free or fit for a particular financial decision. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without limiting mandatory consumer protections or courts available in your country.
